THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2015 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

No biopsy, mri/mrs with endorectal coil...impression; findings suggestive of 2 foci Pca involving posterolateral aspect r.peripheral gland at apex 21 by 16mm, and lateral aspect of l.peripheral gland at apex 7mm by 7 mm, ..no extra cap extn or seminal v. involvment, and no lymph node or bony metastasis.

Updated today 10th March 2014.The treatment method I chose as I had refused a prostate biopsy, was hyperthermia [local oncothermia] at klinik St Georg in Bavaria.

The treatment was a 5 day affair, which I extended to 7 days, and consisted of two treatments.At the end of the treatment I had a meeting with Doctors and after they had reviewed my original Mri/Mrs with endo coil they felt that I did not have prostate cancer.However The treatment did relieve back pain instantly after the first session[prosatitis?] and I was able to bend down to tie my shoe laces which was amazing after 4-6 years of pain and not being able to sleep on my back...now I can without problem.They said that if there was any cancers there then the treatment would resolve that anyway.
