THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2017 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

I decided not to have surgery since the biopsy confirmed it was only in 1 place.

I had hormones (ADT) before the seeds were implanted and then after. I basically stopped taking the hormones two month after the seeds were implanted and as of today I am not taking anything.

I go to my urologist every 6 months for follow up exams and everything is fine. I have been cancer free for 9 plus years and I just had a physical and the PSA was 0.06.

As of my last PSA test which was 0.05, I am cancer free in December it will be 10 years since my treatment.

I am happy and healthy now.

I now only have to go to the urologist once a year and feel fine. He tells me I am completely cancer free.

My last physical revealed a PSA; of 0.05 which I guess is undetectable. I will be 71 years old on Monday and I am feeling fine with no adverse effects from the procedures I underwent 13 years ago.

I guess I am one of the fortunate people who had prostate cancer. It has been almost 15 years since I was first diagnosed. I am now 72 years old and I am symptom free. My last PSA was 0.05 for which I am greatful.

I just had my annual physical and everything is just great. I am now 73 Years old and my PSA; is undetectable. I am very lucky that I am cancer free after 15 years.
