Art M lives in California, USA. He was 57 when he was diagnosed in October, 2015. His initial PSA was 6.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 7b, and he was staged Unknown. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy) and his current treatment choice is ADT-Androgen Deprivation (Hormone) (Monotherapy). Here is his story.

Clinical history: elevated PSA. 6.0 8/5/15, 3.6 8/5/14

Prostate, Right apex, GG 3+4, present in 2 of 2 needle biopsies, occupying 10% and 70%
Right middle, GG 3+4, 2 of 2 biopsies,30% and 60%
Right base, GG 3+4, 2 of 2 biopsies, 20% and 30%
Left apex, GG 4+3, 2 of 2 biopsies, 60% and 60%
Left middle , GG 4+3, 2 of 2 biopsies, 50% and 60%
Left base, GG 4+3, 2 of 2 biopsies, 60% and 80%
Right anterior apex, GG 4+3, 1 of 1 biopsies, 40%
Left anterior apex, GG 4+3, 1 of 1 biopsies, 60%

Since then they performed an RRP January 2016. They re-staged the cancer to T3b. It had spread to my seminal vesicle and bladder neck but no lymph node involvement.

I have some urinary incontinence after radiation therapy.
