Stew Jackson lives in Alabama, USA. He was 79 when he was diagnosed in March, 2016. His initial PSA was 29.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was Unknown, and he was staged Unknown. His initial treatment choice was None and his current treatment choice is Non-Invasive (Active Surveillance). Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2017 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

No treatment necessary. Although PSA was 29, standard biopsy found no C cells in the 12 samples. Basic reasoning for high PSA; very enlarged prostate has created spots of irritation, which may be the source of the high number. Previous (10 years ago, and even further back) presented with high readings. No C in biopsy testing back then. Dr. sez: "see you in six months. We'll continue monitoring PSA."
