Michael M lives in New South Wales, Australia. He was 62 when he was diagnosed in January, 2007. His initial PSA was 7.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 7b, and he was staged T1c. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Retropubic Prostatectomy + EBRT) and his current treatment choice is External Beam Radiation. Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2015 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

My journey has been an interesting one. The cancer was only detected in 2007 after the second biopsy, the first one being 2 years beforehand. After surgery my PSA dropped to 0.01 and remained there for 2 years. It rose fairly quickly and I had radiation treatment, again PSA dropped to 0.01 and now it is beginning to rise again January 2014 0.11 June 2013 0.07. So it is at this not galloping away so we are just watching and driving carefully. Next week is the 7th annivesary of the radical surgery.

NOTE: Michael has not updated his story for more than 15 months, so you may not receive any response from him.
