BRONZE

Gary Neale and Cecy live in Coahuilla. Mexico. He was 53 when he was diagnosed on 5 April 2009. His initial PSA was 12.89 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 4+4=8 and he was staged T1c. His choice of treatment was radical prostatectomy. Here is his story.

I went for a general check-up and in passing asked for the prostate to be checked. That was January and three months later I was diagnosed with P Ca.

The advice from all quarters was surgery and I eventually capitulated and underwent prostate removal using the Da Vinci robot on June 2nd 2009.

My first PSA test since then shows 0.01 (max 13.11 before surgery) Still not been able to achieve full erection but slowly getting stronger.

I had surgery in June 2009 and PSA in every test since shows 0.01.

The only problem I have is a continued lack of a decent erection. It seems that a vacuum pump works best, I have tried Caverject and it seems to work only 1 in 3, maybe I am doing it wrong. Pills with the pump work best.
